LEGAL NOTICE
Sir,
In response of your undated letter received on 18-12-2017 at office of my client, Works Co-operative Housing Society, having office at No; B-44, Block-8, Gulshan Iqbal, Karachi, I have been instructed to address / reply you as under:

1.    That pursuant to agreement / contract for security services, dated 20-April-1995, executed between my client & you, you had rendered services till the year 2011 instead of 2009.

2.    That in the year 2011, due to your inefficient & poorly supervised, untrained & careless security guards, my client had sustained heavy monetary losses, thereon in accordance with clause 07 of earlier said agreement / contract, you were supposed to take full responsibility of such eventualities that caused losses to my client but you did not opt to indemnify. So my client, after issuance of notice, had preferred to terminate the said agreement / contract.

3.    That after laps of almost 6 years, you have delivered / dropped a letter of demand / outstanding for rupees / Rs: 1,92,000/= (One hundred & ninety two thousand) at office of my client, for which please note my client do not accept any liability & your letter under reply seems fraudulent.  At one place, in paragraph No: 03 of letter under reply, you have stated that your all office record had burnt and you could not reply the notices / letters of my client. Thereafter at other place, in paragraph No: 5 of letter under reply, you are imposing illegal demand of outstanding Rs:1,92,000/= (One hundred & ninety two thousand) upon my client and at third place, in last lines of letter under reply you are requesting a new chance to re-engage your security company with my client. For which my client is in belief that your illegal demand of out standings Rs:1,92,000/= (One hundred & ninety two thousand) is nothing more except to pressurize my client or to create compelling circumstances against my client for taking a new chance to re-engage your security company with my client.

So, please keep yourself in right direction because my client will not succumb to any pressure tactics instituted by you. Accept the factual position to be right-minded and not fraudulent otherwise unnecessary complications & confrontations at your part will also be the consequences. Thanks.
