PEOPLE ARE BORN TO SUFFER FOR THE ACTS OF AUTHORITIES
I can present several examples. Specially from Karachi. Where, people used to purchase, many years ago, property / houses through all legal means & with all legal documentation. And now the courts have ordered to demolish or seal, all those properties / houses as the same were illegal. Who is, to suffer for loss of hard earned money? Answer is PEOPLE..... Every year, several cases, rose in courts, that the authorities had made appointments & the courts declared, all such appointments are illegal. Specially in one case, a person was appointed 5/6 years ago through public service commission and now he has lost his job as the same was illegal. Who is, to suffer for loss of, Age 5-/6 years & money. Answer is PEOPLE.. Now in Naya Pakistan Scheme, if government takes money from people & after 5/6 years, the people remain deprived fro possession of houses for which the government takes money. or after years, court declares it illegal. Who is, to suffer for loss of hard earned money. Answer is same … PEOPLE... The case of Aashiyana Housing Scheme is another example. I mean to say, all persons / beneficiary or wrongdoers, are never made ordered by courts also, for return of money along with compensatory cost. So if the policy of current governments for Naya Pakistan Housing, remain un-fruitful for people or after 5/6 years the court orders that the same was illegal. Who is to be suffered? Answer is same PEOPLE.... Without addressing all these issues, I think Naya Pakistan Scheme is old wine in new bottle. This story project Bahria Enclave Islamabad & Karachi also, is another example, People spent their hard earned monies in one of hot favourite project at Capital city Islamabad and now it is declared illegal. The answer is same.. People are born to suffer for the acts of authorities & justice system is enjoying with only way, which is favourably not for oppressed people of Pakistan. ......
