As the plaintiff / DH has come to know that during litigation time / past 02 years, the JD/ defendant had made dump the dowery articles in open air under sunlight as rubbish or unwanted articles. Thereon, the said articles have become un useable or useless to bring back through transport and other expenses. Therefore the plaintiff / DH prefers to avail execution of decree as awarded alternative Cost Rs: 120000/= along with maintenance amount as ordered which is Rs: 24000/= (Total Rs: 144000/=). Hence U/O XXI Rule 30, 31 37 of CPC and through mode of arrest and detention of judgment debtor.
