ON BEHALF OF THE PLAINTIFF

1.            Whether the suit of the plaintiff is maintainable under the law and the plaintiff has just & proper causes of action against the defendants to file the present suit?


2.            Whether the plaintiffs are lawful owners of the property in suit & are entitled to get leased out its rights.

3.            Whether the plaintiffs are dispossessed from suit property & their dispossession is not in accordance with law?

4.            Whether unlawful possession of suit property is being enjoyed by defendant No; 01, 02, 06 & 07 and the plaintiffs are entitled for mesne profits from the date of dispossession.


5.            Whether the plaintiffs are entitled for compensatory relief by way of damages alongwith cost of suit to the tune / extent of Rs: 5000000/= (Fifty hundred thousand)?

6.            What should the decree be?

ROZNAMCHA - POLICE DAILY DIARY Section 44 of POLICE ACT 1861 reads “ Police-officers to keep diary.--It shall be the duty of every officer in charge of a police-station to keep a general diary in such form shall, from time to time, be prescribed by the State Government and to record therein all complaints and charges preferred, the names of all persons arrested, the names of the complainants, the offences charged against them, the weapons or property that shall have been taken from their possession or otherwise, and the names of the witnesses who shall have been examined. The Magistrate of the district shall be at liberty to call for and inspect such diary”.
