📎📎⚖️👍💤 Issue of law, law fields, Aam Aadm, VIP security protocols & Great Pakistan...
Pakistan is consistently ranked among the top 7 to 14 standard military powers globally. Therefore, extensive VIP security protocols for heads of state and senior dignitaries are treated as a statutory right because these figures perceive constant threats or danger inside Pakistan only and not in other countries around the world where you see them walking alone in public. However the Aam Aadmi or public views these protocols as a major inconvenience for them.
The Pakistani judiciary has repeatedly addressed this issue, ruling that excessive protocol violating fundamental citizen rights is unlawful. Notably, the Supreme Court of Pakistan (2018 — Suo Motu on VVIP Security & Blockades) and several other High Courts in Pakistan have made observations on VVIP Protocol.
But executives violating court rulings in obedience to current rulers is a ladder to climb to top posts, and the courts also seem to wear the same jacket.
Consequently, the Aam Aadmi must keep in mind that only in Pakistan is this treated as an absolute right of dignitaries. Therefore, despite the disruptions, citizens are expected not to view this as an objectionable inconvenience, but rather accept it as legally binding.
