While food adulteration is a well-documented and serious issue in Pakistan involving contaminants like unsafe chemicals, water, and artificial agents in items such as milk and spices but this specific narrative presented in the video, also claiming that a veterinary drug (Xylazine) is being covertly smuggled or imported into Pakistan to cause zombie-like states.

زائلائزین (Xylazine) سستی اور آسانی سے مل جانے والی دوا ہے. چونکہ یہ ایک بےہو، طاقتور دوا ہے، اسلیے منشیات کے سوداگر اسے اوپیئائڈز (افیون پرمبنی نشہ آور ادویات) میں ملا دیتے ہیں تاکہ نشے کے اثر کو مصنوعی طور پر طویل یا تیز بنایا جا سکے اورکم مقدار میں موجود منشیات کو مزید زیادہ عرصے تک چلایا جاسکے۔ اسے ہیروئن، کوکین۔ فینٹانیل (Fentanyl) ، چرس (Charas/Marijuana)، 'آئس' (Ice/Methamphetamine) اور نسوار (Naswar) وغیرہ سے بھی جوڑا جاتا ہے۔ اور یہ بھی بتایا جاتا ہے کہ زائلائزین کی ملاوٹ سب سے زیادہ انجیکشن یا پاؤڈر کی شکل میں استعمال ہونے والے نشے میں کی جاتی ہے۔ 

This video also claims that this drug is spreading globally through covert supply channels, alleging that similar unusual physical postures among individuals have begun appearing in regions of Punjab, Pakistan also. It mentions that reports from various countries have even found traces of Xylazine in food products like milk and meat.

To protect public health and the rule of law, Pakistan's regulatory authorities including DRAP, provincial food agencies, and the Anti-Narcotics Force, must remain vigilant against emerging global threats.
